Doesn't The Barry Ernest Proof Exonerate Everybody From Being On The Sixth Floor?

It may go unnoticed, because, really, who reads anything by David Von Pein? But he has a good point on the Vickie Adams thread. "The Girl On The Stairs" means that nobody came down from the 6th floor as much as it means that Oswald didn't. Yet, we do know that somebody was on the sixth floor. And they came down. So, "The Girl On The Stairs" doesn't prove a damn thing. In fact, the only point of it is to falsely deny That Shelley and Lovelady were in the building.

Exactly what I've been saying all along! Does that mean DVP agrees with me? Don't make me read him...

DVP is a perverse blind squirrel. He will find a nut from time to time, even though he's looking for goose turds. Agreement with him is just bizarre happenstance and nothing to be concerned with.
