David Von Pein Lies Blatantly...

He tried to rely on Baden, despite his inability to defend Baden's
claims:

"It is the firm conclusion of the panel members...that beyond all
reasonable medical certainty, there is no bullet perforation of
entrance any place on the skull other than the single one in the
cowlick...and we find no evidence to support anything but a single
gunshot wound of entrance in the back of the President's head." -- Dr.
Michael Baden; 1978

Of course, Von Pein is TERRIFIED of the actual evidence... the side
X-ray, showing the actual path of one bullet - and clearly showing the
direction taken.

Baden said that the Parkland doctors got the head wound wrong, that they mistook
a half-inch entrance wound for a 5 inch exit wound. ROFLMAO

But he doesn't explain the Plaza witnesses who said that they saw the "back of the
President's head come off" or the autopsy witnesses who saw a gaping exit wound
in the back of the head.

He ignores the report of nurse Patricia Hutton, who said that she was ordered to
place a pressure dressing on the head wound by one of the doctors, but could not
because of the, "massive opening on the back of the head." ( 21 H 216 )

Were ALL of these witnesses suffering from the same mass hallucination ?
A hallucination that seemed to follow the body wherever it went ?

Why is there so much corroborating evidence for a wound that the HSCA and
Mr. Von Pein say doesn't exist ?

Can Mr. Von Pein explain any of this ? Or why the Forensics Panel's examination
of the photographs is more reliable evidence than the accounts of the doctors who
saw the actual wounds ?

And can Mr. Von Pein explain why the morticians who prepped the body for
burial after the autopsy had to put a "heavy rubber" patch in the REAR of the
President's head and stitch it into the scalp ? ( HSCA interview of Tom Robinson,
1-12-77, page 3 )

All of that work for a half-inch entrance hole ?

I don't think so.

I've slapped Von Pein silly for his belief that there was no large
wound on the back of JFK's head. He refuses to debate me anymore on
this topic. (or any other!)

And Baden made more PROVABLY incorrect statements about this case
than just about anyone in an official capacity.
