Discussion:
Who is going to stick around come February 15, 1964

I doubt I will. Just not worth the time or expense of getting a new newsreader.

This group has already been reduced to maybe a dozen regular contributors,
about a half dozen on each side. If we lose half of them which is my guess,
the remaining contributors will be speaking to a very small audience. What is
our most prolific poster, Yellowpanties, going to do when he doesn't have LN
content to delete?

The McAdams group died a sudden death when its sole moderator passed
away taking the keys to the group with him. This one will probably die a slow
death.

I remember once coming across a newsgroup that interested me and I made
a long and thoughtful response to something somebody else had written.
After posting it, I discovered it was the first post made to that group in seven
years. I had come across a Usenet ghost town. I wouldn't be surprised if that
becomes the fate of this group, not that 99.99+% of the country will give a
shit or even know about it.

This time I actually proofread my post but failed to proofread the title. Obviously
I meant February 15, 2024. I had just posted to another thread about the release
of the WCR and had 1964 in my brain.

only one hereabouts that can touch Ben is Gil and they're on the same side -- so, here you are pullin' pud all by your lonesome... but, alas, you have company, Boy George is here in all his splendor.... knock yourself out....

Pretty sure I won`t. I`m an old dog, I don`t want to have to learn new tricks.

But there is mixed signals, if you hit "learn more" you`ll find... "Starting on February 22, 2024..."

So maybe an extra week in paradise.

He has chosen to become meaningless background noise. Better for him then actually attempting to engage in ideas.

There is really nobody here to discuss things with anyway, there is Ben the Troll, Gil the Martyr and assorted crackpots.

It was dead for about a year here once, I would check in and there would be little to no activity. I don`t know what brought it back to some semblance of activity.

It does appear that we will be able to read the archives using google. We can relive old glory.

Yes, he’s essentially reduced to spamming the website with the same couple of responses because he doesn't want to actually discuss the evidence. When we've gone toe-to-toe on the evidence, he lost every time. He’ll deny it of course, and call me a liar, but he’ll then spam the group some more and avoid discussing whatever topic is under discussion in that particular thread.

By his actions you shall know him.

But when you have no evidence, what recourse do you have? Ben is reduced to doing what he does because he has no evidence.

I found it much simpler just to ignore his posts as I have done since early last summer. He's a one trick pony. When he
comes across an argument he can't respond to, which is most arguments he comes across, he simply labels it a
logical fallacy and deletes it. Why bother even responding to him. Come February, most people won't. What's he going
to do then?

Chickenshit is TERRIFIED of this simple honest question. He knows

get Chickenshit to publicly acknowledge that Bugliosi said this.

It's a simple "Yes" or "No" question, and Chickenshit cannot cite
where he has EVER answered it. (Without immediately denying it.)

So it's going to keep getting asked until Chickenshit answers it.

I suspect this group will die soon after the February 15 lockdown. Only those using newsreaders other than Google will be
able to post here and I don't know how many of those there are. I'm sure Yellowpanties is one because of the way he swamp
posts. He's able to dump a whole lot of posts at once which I don't know how you could do using Google. He's probably able
to queue up a whole bunch of posts to a whole lot of threads and probably just hits SEND. I don't know if I'm even going to
stick around the next two month. The announcement seems to have had a chilling effect on new posts. I don't know if any of
the LNs are going to stick around. That will leave the CTs preaching to a very small choir. I wonder how long that will hold
their interest. I might lurk for a while out of curiosity just to see if this inconsequential group survives or whether it will be
reduced to being a spam repository.

He has chosen to become meaningless background noise. Better for him then actually attempting to engage in ideas.

It was dead for about a year here once, I would check in and there would be little to no activity. I don`t know what brought it back to some semblance of activity.

It does appear that we will be able to read the archives using google. We can relive old glory.
We could decide whether the conspiracy hobbyists have become more or less stupid over the years.

Ben had a conspiracy website, maybe we can go there.
Maybe he has it set up for auto delete.
He found reasons to lock out everyone he disagreed with. I decided it would not be worth my while to post there, as he would call me a liar and lock me out in short order.
That is what he did to Mark Urlik.
Imagine, the most dishonest person being the arbiter of truth.
I`ll do what I`ve always done (comment on whatever I feel like commenting on) until the very end. I haven`t changed, the situation has.
It is sort of like watching a sports team that has never made the playoffs. Who knows, maybe they will actually go somewhere in the next few months. Nah...
Yellowpanties is never going to change. He whines that nobody will debate him. He doesn't seem to understand that debate
is a give and take process. Point/counterpoint. One person makes and argument, the other person makes a rebuttal and the
first person responds to that. All Yellowpanties can do is delete a person's argument and label it a logical fantasy, then cries
that nobody has the guts to debate him. How do you debate someone who won't respond to what you write.

Giltardo takes a different tact. Rather than make an argument, he raises questions, usually inan ones or ones that have been
answered countless times over the years. When the silliness of his loaded questions are pointed out, he claims no one has
answered the question (to his satisfaction, of course), declares victory, then bails out of the thread.

Neither Giltardo nor Yellowpanties has the courage or the intellect to take an actual position on an issue and then defend it
through reasoned arguments. Their whole game is to try to negate the case made against Oswald as presented by the WC.
They have failed spectacularly in those efforts.

As for NTF, Don, McClung, Doyle, etc., they have put the nut in nuthouse. NTF's theories are so bizarre I have to wonder if he
truly believes them or is just trolling. Don will take the most obscure facts and then weave an intricate and illogical line of
reasoning that I can't even follow. I finally quit trying. It was giving me headaches. I get to his conclusions and wonder how
the hell did he arrive there? There contributions made by McClung and Doyle are not even worth commenting on so I don't.
I'm going to lurk a while after February 15 just to see which, if any, of these assclowns are still posting their crap here and
if any of them are getting any responses.

As I understand it, using Google you’ll be able to read the posts through 2/15/24, but nothing thereafter:

FROM GOOGLE: "Starting on February 22, 2024, you can no longer use Google Groups (at groups.google.com) to post content to Usenet groups, subscribe to Usenet groups, or view NEW Usenet content.
You can continue to view and search for historical Usenet content posted before February 22, 2024 on Google Groups."

FROM GOOGLE: "Effective February 22, 2024, Google Groups will no longer support NEW Usenet content. Posting and subscribing will be disallowed, and NEW content from Usenet peers will not appear. Viewing and searching of historical data will still be supported as it is done today."

Google will not accept new posts beginning 2/22/24.
It will act as an archive for posts made before 2/22/24.

You keep linking to that discussion, I suppose you are trying to make people aware that you are a coward.

In that thread I made the following points...

"If I measure the item with the flap fully extended out out, what an I measuring if not the bag?"

You ran from that point.

"The flap *can* add length to the bag if the flap is extended when you measure it, stupid."

You ran from that point.

"If you measure the length of the bag with the flap extended, what are you measuring if not the bag?"

You ran from that point.

"If I have a paper shopping bag filled with boxes of cereal and they stick out the top, are those boxes of cereal in the bag or not in the bag?"

You ran from that point.

"The flaps are part of *what*, Gil?"

You ran from that point.

"The flap does add to the length of the bag when the flap is extended, just like opening a car door will add to the width."

You ran from that point.

"If hiding the rifle was the purpose the bag seems long enough to accomplish this without disassembling the rifle."

You ran from that point.

"How big is it with the flap extended, Gil? Is the flap part of the bag, Gil?"

You ran from that point.

You want to declare my ideas bad without ever making an argument that they are.

our most prolific poster, Yellowpanties, going to do when he doesn't have LN
content to delete?
The McAdams group died a sudden death when its sole moderator passed
away taking the keys to the group with him. This one will probably die a slow
death.
I remember once coming across a newsgroup that interested me and I made
a long and thoughtful response to something somebody else had written.
After posting it, I discovered it was the first post made to that group in seven
years. I had come across a Usenet ghost town. I wouldn't be surprised if that
becomes the fate of this group, not that 99.99+% of the country will give a
shit or even know about it.
See my comment on another thread to Bud. Without the 2 of you this place would be devoid of all intelligent life.
Hey!
The time I spend here these days is mostly to break occasional boredom anyhow as I know these CT's are beyond hope and will die with their delusions.

And you too Chuck, but I haven't seen you posting much lately anyway.

You've claimed that the "A.B.C.D." in the Autopsy Report is the
description of the *location* of the large head wound.

Yet you refuse time and time again from QUOTING the preceding
paragraph that describes what this ACTUALLY is. Why is that?

You've also claimed that the prosectors dissected the throat wound.

Why do you continue to refuse to cite any evidence for this?

Why have you CONSISTENTLY run away each time I raise this issue?

Now you've quite stupidly insisted that the bullet entered JFK's back,
and exited the back of his head.

More cowardice, more stupidity, more dishonesty.

Are you proud of yourself?
