This fact has never been publicly acknowledged or explained by
believers... and shows that the Warren Commission was far more
interested in pinning the crime on someone who could never defend
himself. The "conclusions" of the Warren Commission were present
before they interviewed even a single witness.
For those familiar with the case history, it's absolutely clear that
the Warren Commission used witnesses to *bolster* their theory, rather
than to find out what happened. They called witnesses that knew
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING that was relevant, and refused to call witnesses
that *anyone* would recognize as critical. Believers already know
their names.
Was the Warren Commission even *intended* to be an investigation?
The following *facts* fit far better with the intention of doing a
cover-up...
For at the first meeting of the Warren Commission, here's some of
Chief Warren's statements:
1. He did not want the Commission to employ any of their own
investigators.
2. He did not want the Commission to gather evidence. Instead he
wished for them to rely on reports made by other agencies like the FBI
and Secret Service.
3. He did not want their hearings to be public. He did not want to
employ the power of subpoena.
4. Incredibly, he did not even want to call any witnesses. He wanted
to rely on interviews done by other agencies.
5. He then made a very curious comment, "Meetings where witnesses
would be brought in would retard rather than help our investigation.
I know that not a *SINGLE* believer will step up and defend these
facts as the beginnings of a real investigation...
The cowardice shown these days on a regular basis by believers is
truly amusing!
To verify these statements by Chief Warren, see the first three pages
of the Dec 5th Executive session...

The fact that the Warren Commission ABSOLUTELY REFUSED to allow
defense counsel shows that these lawyers - all of whom understood that
truth is best found in an adversarial process - weren't interested in
the truth.
This is another fact that believers will refuse to explain. The Warren
Commission was not interested in the investigation of what happened,
they were interested in creating a myth to cover-up the facts. This is
what the facts above show. Watch as believer ABSOLUTELY REFUSE to
refute the above facts.
The most DAMAGING proof that the Warren Commission was not an
investigatory agency as they asserted was James Chaney. He was the
motorcycle cop closest to JFK during the assassination, and had the
closest view of JFK from outside of the limo.
Strangely enough, he was a leper as far as the Warren Commission and
FBI went, completely untouchable... no-one wanted to hear what he saw.
Understandable, since what we *do* know of what his testimony would
have been completely destroys the SBT, and ultimately proves a
conspiracy.
This embarrassing fact that Chaney was never questioned in the
investigation has *never* been explained by any believer, and indeed,
simply has no explanation *OTHER* than a cover up.
Sorta like having a Police officer stand on the sidewalk while O.J.
Simpson murdered two people, then never questioning him. Completely
inexplicable.
And because facts like this illustrate the conspiracy, believers just
hate it...
So far, I've demonstrated by citation that the Warren Commission did
not even try to research events before the assassination that had a
direct bearing on the case, and that the Warren Commission didn't even
*want* to do a real investigation - preferring to create their theory,
and force the evidence to fit their theory rather than allowing the
evidence to show what happened.
Watch as Chickenshit, Chuckles, Von Penis, and Huckster run from these
facts.
