He's like those East German judges during the Cold War who gave East Bloc and Soviet athletes perfect scores. He gives the Soviets a perfect score even though they didn't even show up. Remember he said "the Russians got it right" when they said the CIA killed JFK. He later admitted he knew nothing about their investigation. But he still gave them a perfect "10" anyway. Even those East German judges weren't that shameless.
He wants "thuh government" to show chain of possession forms and provide the name of the postal clerk who gave Oswald the rifle et cetera et cetera. Meanwhile the Soviets have to provide nothing, not a thing, about their investigation and he has no problems or questions about it.
